Diageo
Leadership Summit

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks business, created a series of business objectives they collectively refer to as "Destination 2011." Soon after they were announced, the organization quickly realized that in order to reach these goals, its top managers would need a key set of leadership tools to achieve these objectives.

Broadstreet joined the Diageo development team to help design two week-long programs that focused on connecting to purpose, alignment, authentic leadership, internal and external relationships, storytelling and creating conditions for success.

The summit sent the top 100 executives of the company from around the world to participate in a week-long spring program in Miami, and another week in the fall in Dublin. Attendees took their newly honed skills and instantly began to transform the culture of the organization, which in turn created a series of positive business results for the company.

The project was met with such enthusiasm from both cultural and business perspectives that the company accelerated its roll-out to the next 1,000 managers around the world for the next summit. With the successful delivery of this initial effort, Broadstreet was the natural selection for Diageo to tour the world with the newest program.

The program, which toured with full scenic, lighting, customized tables and chairs, and a production team, made stops in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Cape Town, Lisbon, Dublin, Miami, Dallas and New York.
