People with the rare genetic condition, Lysosomal Storage Disorder, face challenges in their daily lives. Genzyme asked Broadstreet to create an experience where those who struggle with the disorder communicate their feelings as an opportunity for healing acts of courage to begin. Broadstreet developed and designed an elegant online and far-reaching exhibit-based outreach program entitled: Expression of Hope.
In collaboration with patient organizations from around the world, members submitted their artwork or were teamed up with a professional artist to explore, capture and share the realities, perceptions, and experiences of living with LSDs.
The Expression of Hope Exhibit toured the world to raise awareness and for physicians, researchers, healthcare providers and people living with LSDs to experience the courageous spirit and unique perspectives revealed through the amazing works of art.
