Virtual Global Sales Meeting
A global clinical trials company needed a solution for their Global Sales Meeting and turned to Broadstreet for its leadership in delivering engaging and inspiring communications in a virtual setting.
Broadstreet worked with the leadership across the organization to uncover the messages that needed to be delivered to help kick-off the new year in a motivational and informative manner. Broadstreet then reached out to employees across the organization and around the world to share their stories of perseverance and passion for success in a very challenging year. There were awards and recognition to be delivered to individuals and teams around the world and Broadstreet created a red carpet, Academy Awards program that put the winners in the center of the excitement with some fun video tricks. Additionally, the executive leaders wanted to reinforce the key objects for the new year and participated in a live forum with real-time Q&A from the global audience.
Because the audience was global, Broadstreet recommended short General Sessions that were delivered live around the world as well as supplemental messaging through on-demand segments that the international attendees could view at a time that was within their local work hours and fit into the demands of their home/work situation.
Following the multi-day event, the leaders of the company reflected on the initial challenges they faced in this new format and quickly understood how delivering information virtually to their global audience could be advantageous. They acknowledged there is nothing that can match the power and productivity of face-to-face meetings but recognized the opportunity virtual communications will provide for the organization in the future.
