Dealer Meeting
Konica Minolta spoke the same way to its partners year after year at their Dealer Conference. They wanted to move away from the traditional talking heads but didn’t know the best direction to go. Broadstreet has partnered with Konica Minolta for over 10 years and welcomed the challenge.
The approach to the conference was to create an intimate atmosphere for a thousand attendees. Broadstreet conceived a series of conversations with a collection of KM leadership, industry thought leaders, dealer partners and customers.
This lent itself to a format which replicated three working environments in the Workplace of the Future. Conversations were staged with IOT furniture from Herman Miller. The tone was informal yet focused and the audience was never more than a few feet away from the participant. Many audience members said they felt as if they were sitting at the same table with presenters.
A dozen high resolution LED screens acted as an environmental backdrop and content delivery system. Individual screens carried unique content that was combined on a large format image for dramatic effect.
