Leadership Meeting
Following the merger of two Advisory practices, the newly combined Deloitte Advisory practice developed a refined mission and five-year vision for the organization. They turned to Broadstreet to deliver and reinforce internal communications of the critical inflection point in the firm.
Broadstreet designed and developed a series of presentations for senior executives at a Leadership Conference at Deloitte University as well as a collection of videos that captured insights from a cross section of employees.
Employees reflected on the impact the new strategy would have on their lives, the work they do and on the future of the firm.
The videos were lauded as a unique look into their new direction of the organization.
