Product Launch
A global biotech was launching its first commercialized therapy for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Broadstreet partnered with the organization to prepare and motivate the newly hired salesforce as well as help establish and embed the culture within the team.
Broadstreet designed and developed a week-long program that included patient stories of the challenges facing Parkinson’s patients and the difficult decisions physicians must make in treating their patients as the disease progresses. Broadstreet worked with the collection of agency partners to create an experience for attendees that connected them to frustrations and fear that patients face in their everyday lives.
To unify the organization, headquarters team members joined the sales organization for the final day to come together as one and celebrate their accomplishment. The team shared their thoughts and experiences on the company values and talked about how they related to each of their lives.
Attendees left the meeting with a unified sense of purpose, a deeper bond with their peers and a sense of great optimism of what they can deliver to patients. The event was so successful, the CEO engaged Broadstreet to work on all their investor relations design and communication efforts.
